MAP Core Facilities
The MAP core facility (Multiplexed Assay Platform) provides comprehensive support for multiplex biomarker analysis, from study design to data interpretation, serving basic, translational, and clinical research projects.
Services and main activities
The MAP facility offers a flexible and scalable approach through a wide range of kits, allowing the analysis of predefined or custom biomarker panels adapted to sample origin (human or murine) and type (cell culture supernatants, serum, plasma, biological fluids, and cell lysates). Data acquisition and analysis are supported by a secure, fast, and user-friendly software environment (DISCOVERY WORKBENCH 4.0), ensuring robust and reliable results.
Support is currently provided on a consulting basis, including guidance in experimental design, biomarker selection, and data interpretation. At present, no dedicated technical staff is assigned to the platform, and analyses are performed in collaboration with project teams.
